2. COMPREHENSIVE RISK CATEGORIES

2.1 Total Loss Risk

YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ENTIRE INVESTMENT INCLUDING:

  • Loss of all anticipated returns or yields

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

4.1 Exclusive Panamanian Jurisdiction

This disclaimer is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Panama, including Civil Code provisions, Commercial law regulations, and Consumer protection statutes.

4.2 Mandatory Binding Arbitration

ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH binding arbitration in Panama City, Republic of Panama, through the Panama Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Center.

4.3 Statute of Limitations

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF ACCRUAL OR ARE FOREVER BARRED.

PARTICIPATION IN RAVAULT INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF COMPLETE FINANCIAL LOSS. ONLY PARTICIPATE WITH FUNDS YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE ENTIRELY.
